*Lower Body BFR Pressure Guidelines

For most people, a safe starting range for lower body BFR training is 100-140 mmHg. This typically represents about 60–80% of your full limb pressure, enough to restrict blood flow without fully cutting it off.

Please note: optimal pressure varies based on individual limb size, cuff width, and activity level. If you have a bigger leg go to a higher pressure (140), and a smaller leg get closer to (100). For best results and to ensure safety, we always recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional to determine the appropriate pressure for your specific needs. Especially if you’re just getting started or have any health concerns.

Train smart, stay safe, and get the most out of your BFR sessions!

  • Matt

I liked being able to do something worthwhile while I was non-weight bearing following a hip surgery.

  • Mallori

After my surgery, it was rough not being able to do much. Using the blood flow restriction (BFR) cuff gave me a sense of action and progress during recovery. It allowed me to stay active in a safe way, helping me get more out of my exercises and reduce post-operative muscle atrophy. For me, being able to do something made a big difference in both my mindset and my healing.

  • Chet

It’s easy to use, easy to read, and easy to adjust the pressure.

  • Gisela

So much more comfortable than other units I’ve used. No pinching! Plus I can use it at home and further the rehab process!
